After several years of management experience with Hewlett Packard GmbH Deutschland and SAP, Dirk Pfeiffer served on the executive board of various companies in the USA. Upon his return, he founded Qnamic Inc. together with his wife, Dr. Claudia Schmid, and he presently holds the positions of CEO and Chairman of the Board of Qnamic Inc.

After holding an executive development position at SimSci Inc., Brea, USA, Claudia Schmid worked for Skyva Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she played a leading role in the development of the software basic technology as well as planning and optimisation logic, which form the basis of the present-day Qnamic Inc. products.
