Intelligent Resource Management IRM^® consists of three components:

Process:
A simultaneous planning process consistently accompanies the production process. All phases, ranging from long-term planning to operations management, are covered. All types of resources required for the actual production are simultaneously planned.


Resources:
These include personnel, rolling stock, facilities and services, which are simultaneously planned according to the requirements in the respective dependencies. Here, the effects of short-term changes to a planning scenario due to unpremeditated factors are also optimally dealt with.


Metrics:
Planning and actual performance data are the result of accompanying the planning process. As the planning process accompanies the production process at each level, the data is consistent.

Intelligentes Ressourcen Management (IRM) ^® besteht aus drei Komponenten, die über eine simultan arbeitende Planungsbasis verknüpft werden.

Simultaner Planungsprozess, der den Leistungserstellungsprozess konsistent begleitet. Der Planungsprozess ist variabel bezüglich der Planperiode von der Langfristplanung bis zur produktionsnahen Disposition.

Produktionsmittel:
Hierzu gehören Ressourcen wie Personal, Rollmaterial, Anlagen und Services, die entsprechend der Anforderung in ihren jeweiligen Abhängigkeiten simultan geplant werden. Auch die Auswirkungen kurzfristiger Änderungen eines Planungsszenarios durch spontane "Ist-Einflüsse" sind hiermit optimal unterstützt.

Kennzahlen:
Unverdichtete Planungs- und Ist-Leistungsdaten sind das Ergebnis aus dem begleitenden Planungsprozess. Da der Planungsprozess den Prozess der Leistungsstelle auf jeder Stufe begleitet, sind die produzierten Daten in sich konsistent.
